And Breathe!

We ALL have faced this type of anxiety but if you are working with the right photographer he Is going to do everything he or she can to ensure you have a great session.

You can play a role in making sure things go as desired as well

Here are a few things a model can do to be more relaxed during a photoshoot:

  1. Prepare in advance: Familiarize yourself with the details of the shoot, including the location, wardrobe, hair and makeup, and the photographer's style. This will help you feel more comfortable and in control when the shoot begins.

  2. Get plenty of rest: Make sure you get enough sleep the night before the shoot. Being well-rested will help you feel more alert and energized during the shoot.

  3. Warm up: Take a few minutes before the shoot to stretch and do some light exercises to loosen up your muscles.

  4. Listen to music: Bring along a playlist of your favorite songs and use headphones to listen to music during the shoot. This can help you relax and get into the zone.

  5. Practice deep breathing: Take a few deep breaths before the shoot to calm your nerves and help you focus.

  6. Communicate with the photographer: If you're feeling uncomfortable or unsure about something, don't be afraid to speak up and communicate with the photographer. They want you to look your best in the photos.

  7. Have fun: Remember to have fun and enjoy the experience. Photoshoots can be a lot of fun and a great way to express yourself creatively.

  8. Be comfortable with your body: Try not to worry about your body, just be relaxed and comfortable with it, it will help you to be more natural and confident during the photoshoot.

It's important to remember that every model is different and what works for one person might not work for another. The most important thing is to find what works for you and what makes you feel relaxed and comfortable during the photoshoot.
