Mini Christmas Portrait Session Policies
At LK Supreme Media and Captured by McArlain, we value your time and strive to make your experience seamless, enjoyable, and stress-free. Please take a moment to review our mini session policies before booking.
📅 Booking & Payment
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time.
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.
Sessions are 30 minutes and include 7 edited digital images and one 8.5 × 11 print (upgrade available to 13 × 19 for $20).
Payment methods accepted: Cash, Zelle, Cash App, or credit/debit via invoice.
🕐 Arrivals & Late Policy
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and preparation.
Sessions will start and end at their scheduled time to respect other clients’ appointments.
Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened session.
📍 Location
Sessions may be held in-studio in Freeport, NY (address will be provided upon payment of Deposit) or on-location (within the Long Island / NYC area by arrangement).
On-location sessions may include a small travel fee depending on distance.
👗 Wardrobe & Preparation
Please come dressed and ready to shoot at your scheduled time.
Outfit coordination is encouraged for family sessions — simple, seasonal colors photograph beautifully.
You may bring one small prop (e.g., ornament, blanket, or toy) if desired.
📸 Additional Looks / Outfit Changes (Policy Update)
Each Mini Session is designed for one look or outfit setup to ensure we can capture your images within the 30-minute time frame.
If you’d like to include an additional look or backdrop change, a $50 upcharge will apply to accommodate the extended time and set adjustment.
This must be arranged in advance so we can properly prepare the studio setup and maintain our schedule for the day.
🖼️ Image Delivery
Edited images are delivered via online gallery within 10–14 business days.
Additional images or prints may be purchased from the a la carte gallery after delivery.
RAW or unedited images are not provided.
❄️ Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred once to another available date within the holiday season if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
🧡 Copyright & Usage
LK Supreme Media and Captured by McArlain retain copyright to all images.
Clients receive personal use rights for printing and sharing on social media.
Commercial use (ads, brand content, etc.) requires written permission or a licensing agreement.
